- Quick: The Grizzly struts store in a ready-to-go configuration. Simply add the appropriate extension, set the pin after extending the rod, and attach the hook to the vehicle then tighten the ratchet strap. Each Grizzly strut can be in place and stabilizing the vehicle in less than one minute.
- Simple: The end attachment and extensions can quickly be added or removed. Each Grizzly stut has only one pin to adjust height, making it simple to set up. Each stut can be adjusted from 36.5” up to 114”. Grizzly struts are designed to be easy to use and quick to set up.
- Strong: Grizzly struts are made of high strength aluminum alloy. They are designed to be used to stabilize trucks and buses. The Grizzly kit is so strong it can be used for building collapse and can use any Genesis Airstrut head attachment.
- The Grizzly Truck and Bus Stabilization system is a tensioned buttress system for stabilizing trucks, buses and other large vehicles. The simple design and rugged construction ensures that the Grizzly kit will operate under the worst conditions. The Grizzly kit is designed for quick deployment and set up. Optional heads are available for the Grizzly kit, adding to the versatility of the system. New higher capacity ratchet straps (10,000 lb.) with C-hooks and higher capacity struts give the system the strength to stabilize larger vehicles. Each strut, with extensions, can extend to over 9 feet, giving rescuers the room they need to work.
