Features
- The 16C is constructed of high strength, aircraft grade, aluminum alloy forgings with a wear resistant anodized finish. The blades on the 16C Combi are forged steel and have removable spreading tips. The 16C Combi has a “D” handle that can be rotated 360 degrees or removed when working in confined spaces. The 16C Combi has a variable speed, “deadman” control with load holding capability and over-pressurization relief.
- Rotating and Removable Handle
- The 16C cutter comes with an adjustable and removable "D" shaped handle. This handle can be rotated 360o or completely removed for use in confined spaces. Being able to rotate the handle allows the cutter to be easily using in any position. Professional Note: Most experienced personnel keep the handle slightly loose. They routinely adjust the handle position throughout a rescue.
